included original articles

In the Electronic Medical Journal of Matanzas, dissimilar editions have included original articles, reviews and editorials linked to aging, most of them to the health-disease process. However, it is worth noting the importance of physical exercise as anti-aging therapy for older adults, which can be taken from any instance of the National Public Health System, but in this editorial letter I will approach it from the Primary Health Care (APS).

Today there are just over 600 million people over 60 in the world, a figure that will double by 2025, estimating that by 2050 there will be more people over 60 years of age than with infants under 15 years of age. This same behavior will be evident in all the countries of the region. Faced with this dilemma, the practice of physical exercises in each aging person stands as an alternative of quality in health.
